Speakeasy Ball This Thursday!

Check it out! I'll be attending and selling a  few wares at the "shameless self-promotion" table for art, zines and other handmade items (browse, sell, swap!) at the Speak Easy Ball this Thursday, November 22nd at Cinecycle (Coachhouse of 401 Richmond, Toronto) which looks like it'll be a super fun event!
The night has a 20's speak easy theme and features performances by: Catalina Fellay, flamenco dancer, Meredith J. Thompson, dancer, Erin Stone, soprano. Plus loads of jazz and music from the era to get you petting and swinging! $25 gets you a glass of their headiest libations and a spread of treats and illicit delectables. There will be a photographer on site, so please dress to impress. Plus they'll be giving away a potent prize. Buy advance tickets here: http://dcdspeakeasy.eventbrite.com/
Tickets will also be available at the door.
...
RSVP to dcdspeakeasy@gmail.com.

WORK CONVERSATION

 WITH BOSS
 “I’m sorry about your loss…”
“Yeah, it’s been…hard.”
“I actually had a cousin pass away around the same time.”
“Oh, were you close?”
“Not really, no.”
“Oh.”
“I was close to his wife who’s actually my cousin.”
“Ah, must be hard on her. My grief has manifested itself physically which is why I’ve been sick.”
“Sorry, but I have something pressing to take care of and need to get back to it.”
“Okay.”

REALITY BITES

I have an artwork in the REALITY BITES art show happening in Vancouver. It's the final show at Little Mountain (195 East 26th ave) and has a lotta artists (Karin Bubas, Ann Grant, I Braineater, etcetera) commenting on reality shows, I will post an image of my Trump work for the show here soon.
